City of Tualatin

The City of Tualatin seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the pre-construction and construction phases of the proposed Tualatin Service Center. For complete information and to read the entire RFP document, please go to the City of Tualatin Bid Management System at https://bids.tualatinoregon.gov. All solicitation documents may be viewed or printed from this online bid management website. Proposers must register with the City of Tualatin’s bid management website as a plan holder to receive addenda notifications. Viewers are responsible for checking the City website for all addenda prior to submitting a proposal. If the proposer does not register with the City’s bid management website, the proposer will still be held responsible for all addenda/changes to the documents and may be considered non-responsive if the submitted proposal does not reflect those addenda/changes.

Proposals will be received until May 29, 2019 at 12:00 PM. Provide four (4) copies of the proposal plus one (1) original marked “Original” and one (1) electronic version. Label the outside of the envelope or box “Proposal – Tualatin Service Center Project” and deliver to the address listed below. Proposals must be physically received by the City no later than 12:00 PM on May 29, 2019.

All proposals submitted are the property of the City of Tualatin and are public records. Information deemed by the proposer as exempt under Oregon’s public records law should be clearly marked by the proposer as "Proprietary.” Marked pages should be placed in a group separate from the remainder of the proposal. The City will make an independent determination regarding exemptions applicable to information that has been properly marked and segregated. The City of Tualatin is not liable for any cost incurred by Consultants prior to issuance of a Contract.
