PROJECT SUMMARY: Shelter repair to include post and support removals, materials and replacements that are depicted on design plan sheets (Please see Exhibit C of Request for Quotes for full plans).
This solicitation is an intermediate, informal procurement for competitive quotes per ORS 279C.412. The City shall award the contract to the prospective contractor whose quote will best serve the interests of the City, takinginto account price as well as availability and scheduling.
Questions shall be sent via email to Rich Mueller at rmueller@tualatin.gov. Responses to email questions will be sent to all planholders that indicate interest. Requests for clarifications or inquiries regarding specifications will not be accepted after 4:00 PM (local time) on October 17, 2024
Contractors must utilize the Unit Price Quote Tabulation Form included with the quote information (see Exhibit A). Supplemental notes, inclusions, and exclusions, or other quote information may be submitted on other forms. Any variations inquantities or items shall be noted in the quote tabulation in bold or italics. Please be sure to complete the Schedule section on the quote form (Exhibit A).
PUBLIC WORKS: State of Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Prevailing Wage Rate for Public Works Contracts of Oregon may apply. For all quotes exceeding $50,000, prevailing wage rates must be included and stated in the quote. Download the most recent version from www.oregon.gov/boli.
