Tualatin Public Library Makerspace

Summary

City of Tualatin is accepting sealed proposals (“Bids”) for the Tualatin Public Library – Makerspace until 2:00 pm, January 7, 2021, (“Bid Closing”) at City of Tualatin City Offices, 18880 SW Martinazzi Avenue, Tualatin Oregon 97062. Jerianne Thompson Project Manager (PM) is the person designated to receive bids. Bids will not be received after such date and time.

PLEASE NOTE due to COVID-19: City Offices remain closed. Bids can be sent by mail. If you would like to drop off the bid by hand, please contact Jerianne Thompson to arrange an appointment at jthompson@tualatin.gov or 503-691-3063. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud ("Bid Opening") immediately following the bid closing deadline. Due to COVID-19, the bid opening will take place as a virtual (Zoom) meeting.

Major items of work consist of the Makerspace construction, a large room within the Library containing casework, storage, sinks, counters, electrical, mechanical, etc. providing a technical lab and training area for the public. The projected cost range is $300,000 to $400,000 depending on the final scope of the project.
