Garden Corner Curves Construction

PLEASE NOTE: A COVID-19 physical distancing plan of some kind IS REQUIRED in order to bid on this project. If you plan to bid, please do not forget to submit something with your bid proposal.

City of Tualatin is accepting sealed proposals (“Bids”) for the Garden Corner Curves Construction project until 2:00 pm, June 23, 2020, (“Bid Closing”) at City of Tualatin City Offices, 18880 SW Martinazzi Avenue, Tualatin Oregon 97062. Mike McCarthy is the person designated to receive bids. Bids will not be received after such date and time.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud ("Bid Opening") immediately following the bid closing deadline.  The bid opening is planned to be held outside city offices.

Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, may be obtained and examined below by creating a free account and joining the plan holders list.  Note that several .pdf documents below (planholder files) combine to form the 102-sheet plan set, contract documents, and specifications.  Permits, reports, and other information pertinent to this construction are below as supplemental files.
